Lodge spirit, a reforested area where animals have rights too! Enjoy wildlife and keep in mind to give them enough distance and quietness so they feel secure. Also give respect to other guests keeping rest and contemplation always possible. 

Pool : A pool technician comes once per day to remove the main leaves and start the pool system in the morning. He also turns it off in the afternoon.
During the day, light leaf removal can be taken care of by guests using the skimmer provided. In both dry and green seasons, tropical trees naturally shed leaves.

Security : The area is safe and residential. However, as everywhere in Costa Rica, small opportunistic theft can happen.
Please avoid leaving visible items outside or inside vehicles, especially at the beach. Always lock doors and windows when leaving. These simple precautions prevent unnecessary problems.

Supplies : An arrival kit is provided (toilet paper and trash bags). Re-stocking during your stay is your responsibility.

Linen & Laundry : Sheets are changed once per week for longer stays.
Laundry service is available upon request: 15 USD per machine.

Towels : We do not provide beach towels. Please do not use the bath towels for beach or pool as they will be stained by chlorine or salt water.

Vacation rental : This accomodation does not come with a full assistance service. though we are reachable and ready to help, please remember we are not reachable on a 24/7 basis. If you need assistance in your vacation organization, we can put you in touch with an agency service. 

Trash and cleanup : You can find a large trash can outside of the villa. Please throw away your thrash when you leave. We also ask you to leave the house as clean as possible when checking out(do not leave unwashed dishes or food outside).
